Efficient management of a company requires an access to current information, which constitutes the key potential of a company, difficult to forge and of a unique character, thanks to which an appropriate managing the information is an important factor of competitive domination. The best way to achieve such an effect is to computerize the management. Thanks to the application of the above mentioned, a faster and easier access to required information, possibility of selecting and analyzing them can be obtained. Throughout the world the application of computer techniques in management dates back to the 70s - 80s of the last century. However, due to political and economic situation of Poland it is delayed in comparison with the leading countries in the world in the field of computerizing. Big expenses of implementing such a system are the most important problems while computerizing the quality management in Poland. These expenses are an essential problem all over the world, though it is of importance in the countries where the financial condition of companies is of a low level. In presented paper there is a conception of quality-aided software, which should meet demand of must Polish firms. This conception is based on researches that have been carried out in 174 Polish companies. On the grounds of these researches we prepared described conception. This conception can be usefully in many firms. Be basing about analysis of studied enterprise's preference in range of components, what should come in composition of computer software helping in the quality management, described in introduced publication, worked out conception of computer system of fulfilling requirement of national firms. That software, should have module character, to user could buy only these applications, which they will be used in his enterprise. The enterprises desire to the offered program packet contained these methods and the tool as well as the areas of management the quality which are the most at present often helped by computer. It exists however except from this rule which is method QFD. The results of investigations for this method are surprising. She is in Poland used very seldom, specialist helping her software does not exist, and despite this 17% questioned recognized it that this method was one should was place in program packet servants to computer aid management quality. It with analysis of data results, that the computerization of management is the quality future field, which it will be in the closest years to survive period of development. They in future will be introduced in the most probably next versions of program packets which will hug the more and more areas of management the quality. The computer aided quality software will be t also more and more strongly integrated with different other computer integrated management software (the finances, production, relations with customer, itp.) in figure of large program packets of class the ERR.
