Business Process Redesign (BPR) is the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of an entire business - its processes, jobs, organizational structure, management systems, values and beliefs. Practitioners in the academia and business world have developed a number of methodologies to support this competitive restructuring that forms the current focus of concern, many of which have not been successful. This paper explores the use of Information Visualization (IV) approach in showing the dynamic behaviour of patterns hidden in the organization's database, which equips the knowledge managers with the necessary and most-needed information to actualize the BPR.
