Przedstawiono niedostatki Dyrektywy EMC 89/336/EWG oraz zmiany i uzupełnienia wprowadzone do nowo wydanej Dyrektywy 2004/108/WE. Wskazano na prowadzone obecnie prace normalizacyjne dotyczące wymagań EMC na urządzenia pomiarowe, sterownicze i stosowane w laboratoriach, obrabiarki oraz dotyczące systemów związanych z bezpieczeństwem.

Te lacks of EMC Directive 89/336/EEC are presented as well as the changes and amendments introduced into the new edited Directive 2004/108/CE. There are mentioned actually realized standardization works on EMC requirements for the equipment for control, measurement and laboratory use, for machine tools as well as for the functional safety of safety-related systems.
