The present paper presents the possibility of using the electron microscope technique for computer mapping of: -the image of the surface and cross section, and macroscopic characteristic of modified fibres; -the structure of composite systems, regarding the distribution of componenets and their shapes; -the way of distribution of coating substances, and layer bonding in the multilayer textiles; -the change of structure of needled nonwoven fabrics under mechanical treatment; -effectiveness of separation technical bast fibres into elementary fibres in biochemical treatment processes.
