This paper presents a principle of integrated diagnostics for large distributed data acquisition and control systems. The presented ideas were implemented in the Backing Calorimeter (BAC) of ZEUS detector and LLRF of the VUV-FEL control system. The presented solution does not severely increase the cost of the design and manufacturing of the electronic devices, but ensures the longer operation time of the whole system and can safe money and effort used for the maintenance.

W pracy przedstawiono metody testowania modułów elektronicznych używanych w eksperymentach fizyki wysokich energii. Przeprowadzono analizę układów elektronicznych detektora Backing Calorimeter i układu sterującego polem przyśpieszającym akceleratora VUV-VEL. Zaprezentowano wyniki działania systemów diagnostycznych oraz wskazano ich przydatność do diagnozowania modułów elektronicznych w specyficznych warunkach eksperymentu.
