Przedmiotem analizy są powiązania systemu politycznego w Szwecji, traktowanego jako system narodowy i demokratyczny z systemem politycznym Uni Europejskiej. Powstawania "powiązanego systemu politycznego" znacząco modyfikuje funkcjonowanie narodowego systemu politycznego. Istotne w tym kontekscie stają się perspektywy zachowania demokratycznych podstwa legitymizacji systemu narodowego. Analizie poddaje się szereg poziomów systemowych, które charakteryzują się odrębnymi problemami i generują szczególnie wyzwania dla demokracji. Są to poziomy narodowe: wyborczy, partii politycznych, parlamentarny, rządowy i administracyjny. Ponadto poziomy ponadnarodowe: parlamentarny oraz administracyjny. Relacje między wyróżnionymi elementami powiązanego systemu są skomplikowane. Funkcje wypełniane przez najważniejsze podmioty polityki ulegają zasadniczej przemianie. Zmiany tradycyjnych relacji między ogniwami systemu politycznego nie są na ogół zrozumiałe dla wyborców. To z kolei ma negatywne konsekwencje dla poziomu demokratyzmu systemu demokracji przedstawicielskiej Szwecji.

The analysis of the political system are the links in Sweden, considered as a system of national and democratic political system of the European Union. Formation of "bound political system" significantly modifies the functioning of the national political system. Important in this context are the perspective of democratic behavior podstwa legitimacy of the national system. The analysis is subjected to several levels of the system, which are characterized by distinct problems and generate particular challenges for democracy. These are national levels: election, political parties, parliamentary, governmental and administrative. In addition, transnational levels: parliamentary and administrative. The relationship between the related elements distinguished system are complex. Functions performed by the main actors are the fundamental policy change. Changes in the traditional relationship between the political system cells are not generally understood by the voters. This in turn has negative consequences for the level of democratic system of representative democracy of Sweden.
