Abstrakty

The paper presents several considerations and conclusions concerning the tasks performed by the Polish Navy, the methods used to carry out these tasks, and the combat means necessary to fulfill these tasks. However, the main emphasis is laid on selection criteria regarding the characteristics and features of the surface combat ships, in order to guarantee the most efficient of realization of the tasks demanded of the Polish Navy, while, at the same time, taking into consideration the Polish Navy's budgetary limitations.

Artykuł zawiera szereg rozważań i wniosków, które dotyczą przyszłych zadań realizowanych przez Marynarkę Wojenną RP. Prezentuje metody i środki bojowe niezbędne do ich wykonania. Jednakże główny nacisk został położony na wyznaczenie kryteriów uwzględniających te charakterystyki i właściwości okrętów nawodnych, które zapewniają bardziej ejektywne wykonanie zadań. W artykule uwzględniono również istniejące ograniczenia budżetowe, które odnoszą się do Marynarki Wojennej RP.
