This paper contains the considerations on the reasons constraining the changes the education syllabus of the midshipmen of the Faculty of the "Navigation and Jl'Q1 Weapons" of Naval Academy, as well as the proposed changes of this syllabus in order to improve and perfect the results of education. The special emphasis is given to the maritime navigation curriculum.

Artykuł ten zawiera rozważania na temat przyczyn ograniczających zmian w programie nauczania edukacji kadetów na Wydziale Nawigacji Akademii Marynarki Wojennej, a także proponowane zmiany programu szkolenia w celu poprawy i doskonalenia wyników kształcenia. Specjalny nacisk położono na morskie programy nawigacyjne.
