The problem of safe motion regimes (SRG) for maintenance of real time intelligence system (IS) functioning is considered. Imitation model of ship-environment interaction is developed. Computer modelling of ship dynamics in various conditions including motion at different courses is carried out. Algorithms of spatial stabilisation and ship control are presented.
