Abstrakty
The presented paper deals delivers analysis and design of a pitch control servomechanism for a low power rate controllable pitch propeller. The technical specification and method of preliminary design of this mechnaism is discussed. In addition to simplicity of the mechanism, it introduces an innovative solution for a small fishing vessel. The servomechanism and CP propeller were designed in the Faculty of Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology, Technical University of Gdańsk. The prototype of the CP propeller, as well as its remote control system will be tested on the laboratory stands before installation on the board.
W pracy przedstawiono analizę mechnizmów zmiany skoku śrub nastawnych oraz założenia techniczne i rozwiązania konstrukcyjne takiego prostego, ale nowoczesnego mechanizmu dla śruby małej mocy. Mechanizm ten wraz ze śrubą nastawną i układem sterowania zaprojektowane zostały na Wydziale Oceanotechniki i Okrętownictwa Politechniki Gdańskiej. Po wykonaniu niezbędnych badań laboratoryjnych wymieniony system śruby nastawnej zainstalowany zostanie na małej jednostce rybackiej.
