Abstrakty
The article discusses optimization task of shipbuilding steel selection and distribution by means of graph model. Optimal and sub-optimal solutions as far as dimensions and steel grades distribution are concerned are found by means of line, programming methods: Dejikstra or Ford-Fulkerson flow algorithm. The suggested method has been used for economically effective selection of ordinary and higher tensile hull structural steels and corrosion-resistant steel utilization for operating train-ferries and those being designed.
