Abstrakty
The paper presents the specificity of the fluidized coal combustion resulting from the intensive and random movement of the loose material coal particles forming the furnace bed. The movement creates perfect conditions for the heat and mass exchange. The process is accompanied by the burning coal particles erosion that intensifies both the coal combustion and its fragmentation.
