Abstrakty

EN

The paper presents the thermal prosthesis for the blind people. Peltier micro-modules are soldered to the alumina substrate with screen printed connections. Featured solution enables accelerating the work of the device, better temperature stabilization of the touched Peltier micro-module, more accurate thermal visualization and higher mechanical strength. Electrical and thermal test results enable choosing optimal power supply voltage for Peltier micro-pumps.

Przedstawiono termiczną protezę dla osób niewidomych. Mikromoduły Peltiera zostały przylutowane do podłoża alundowego, na którym wykonano połączenia metodą sitodruku. Prezentowane rozwiązanie umożliwia przyśpieszenie pracy urządzenia, lepszą stabilizację temperatury dotykanych mikromodułów Peltiera, dokładniejszą wizualizację termiczną i większą wytrzymałość mechaniczną.
