The studies of thin nanostructural films by absorption spectroscopy
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W pracy przedstawiono możliwości zastosowań spektroskopii FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) i UV-VIS (Ultraviolet - Visible Spectroscopy) do badań cienkich warstw nanostrukturalnych na bazie węgla i metalu (C-Me). Techniki te służą do określania struktury molekularnej badanego materiału i poznania oddziaływań między cząsteczkami. Analiza widm FTIR oraz UV-VIS pozwala określić zawartość prekursorów warstw (octan Me i fulleren C₆ ₀), które w procesie syntezy nanostruktur C - Me (PVD - Physical Vapor Deposition) nie uległy całkowitemu rozkładowi. Badania te pozwalają na korelację parametrów technologicznych procesu PVD ze strukturą otrzymywanych warstw.
The paper presents the possibility of using FTIR and UV-VIS spectroscopy to study the nanostructural thin films basing on carbon and metal (C-Me). These techniques are used to determine the molecular structure of the investigated material. Analysis of FTIR and UV-VIS spectra allows to specify the content of films' precursors (metal acetate and fullerene), which did not decompose completely during the deposition process (PVD - Physical Vapor Deposition). It enables to determine the influence of technological parameters of the PVD process on the structure of obtained films.
