W prezentowanej pracy przedstawiono opis interferencyjnej litografii laserowej. Jest to nowa odmiana litografii. Zaprezentowano podstawy fizyczne jak i symulacje obrazów interferencyjnych struktur otrzymanych dla geometrii z dwoma i trzema wiązkami laserowymi. Opisano układ optyczny przygotowany do realizacji litografii laserowej oraz obrazy struktur otrzymane przy pomocy mikroskopu sił atomowych będące w dobrej zgodności ze strukturami symulacji komputerowej.

The paper presents description of the interference laser lithography. It is a new lithography method. Physical background and the simulations for the different setup geometry (2 and 3 laser beams) are described. Optical equipment for laser lithography-and Atomic Force Microscopy images showing good correspondence between the experimental and simulated interference images are presented.
