Nie sam spór czy konflikt jest źródłem nieporozumień oraz walki między stronami i ludźmi, lecz sposób jego rozstrzygania. Jednym z najlepszych sposobów na osiągnięcie porozumienia jest rozwiązywanie sporów na drodze mediacji.

It is not the dispute or conflict alone which is the source of misunderstanding and struggle between people and parties, but the way they are solved. One of the best ways to reach an agreement is to resolve disputes through mediation. It is clear that the disputes used to be, are and will exist, because the implementation of construction project is a complex and multifaceted process and, therefore, controversies may arise. The widespread perception of disputes is identified not with cooperation but with the struggle, and thus, the losing and winning party. And it will be perceived that way for as long as the potential benefits from the statutory dispute mediation options available are ignored.
