W artykule zaproponowano prostą metodę poprawiania czytelności obrazów w systemach CCTV za pomocą lokalnych zmian jasności obrazu. Dzięki prostocie metoda ta może być stosowana zarówno w czasie rzeczywistym jak również dla poszczególnych ramek sekwencji wizyjnej.

In this paper a simple method for improving the quality of frames in CCTV monitoring systems based on local brightness correction is suggested. Due to simplicity this method can be realized in real-time and for still frames of video sequence.
