W pracy przedstawiono technikę pomiaru właściwości nanotrybologicznych zwaną metodą nanoindentacji oraz analizę wpływu typu stosowanych do pomiarów wgłębników na wyniki pomiaru, tzn. krzywą odkształceń. Zostały również przeddstawione wyniki badań metodą nanoindentacji nanowarstw niklowo-węglowych i palladowo-węglowych otrzymanych metodą PVD.

Nanoindentation method concerning determination of nanotribological properties as well as analysis of influence of tip's type on loading-unloading measurements results is discussed. Results of the monoindentation studies for nickel-carbon and palladium-carbon films obtained by PVD are also pressented.
