Technology for telecommunication cables in sewage pipelines, introduced by Star (Sewage Telecommunication Access by Robot) is presented in the article. The technology can be applied in most pipelines built from concrete, stoneware, polyethylene, thick-wall compound and thin-wall PCV. The method involves assembling an optic fiber in the pipeline with the help of a robot.
