In the paper the author presents a proposal for regulations which will be subject to verification by proper authorities. It is highly probable that the solutions presented by the author will be accepted and turned into biding laws. Applying the directives gives results in sustainability and durability of constructed water and sewage networks. The guidelines have been based on existing regulations and international standards in design, construction and exploitation of water and sewage infrastructure. As a basis for his work, the author has also included industry experience so far – both positive and negative – and practical design and installation solutions which have already proved eff ective and lasting.
