Preparation and characterization of resorcinol-formaldehyde gels impregnated with ammonium chlorate (VII) and nitrate (V)
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Otrzymano nanostrukturalne materiały wybuchowe w wyniku polikondensacji rezorcyny i formaldehydu w wodnych, stężonych roztworach chloranu (VII) i azotanu (V) amonu. Uzyskane żele gwałtownie zamrażano, a następnie poddawano liofilizacji w celu usunięcia rozpuszczalnika. Zbadano mikrostrukturę kompozytów, zmierzono ich wrażliwość na bodźce cieplne i mechaniczne, sprawdzono zdolność do detonacji, a także oszacowano podstawowe parametry detonacyjne na drodze obliczeniowej.
Energetic nano-composites were prepared via polycondensation of resorcinol and formaldehyde in concentrated solutions of ammonium chlorate(VII) and nitrate(V) in water. The obtained gels were rapidly frozen and next freeze-dried. The microstructure of the resulting composites was studied using scanning electron microscopy as well as some of their explosive properties were experimentally determined, i.e., the sensitivity to mechanical and thermal stimuli, sensitivity to detonation. Detonation parameters of the explosives were calculated using Cheetah code.
