Abstrakty

EN

Nowadays, the time of flight mass spectrometry (TOF MS) is developed intensively. Advantages of this technique are in practice unlimited range of registered masses and high resolution. These both give ability of detecting high mass of molecules and studying of ionization processes connected with them. The time of flight mass spectrometer constructed and used for MALDI (Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization) investigations in Institute of Physics of UMCS is described in presented work.
