Abstrakty
The work pertains to research of the process of injection moulding (MIM) of elements of iron powder with 2% addition of nickel powder. The results of subsequent steps of the process have been given. A binder based on paraffin and polyethylene wax has been applied here. Conducted were reological tests of feedstock. Conditions of injection have been optimised: pressure and the temperature of the mass. Penetrating thermogravimetric tests of the binder have been conducted. Based on this research a program of thermal debinderisation has been proposed. Established was the relation between the properties of obtained elements and conditions of sintering: time, temperature and atmosphere.
Praca dotyczy badań procesu formowania wtryskowego (MIM) elementów z proszku żelaza z 2% dodatkiem proszku niklu. Przedstawiono wyniki badań kolejnych etapów procesu. Zastosowano lepiszcze bazujące na parafinie i wosku polietylenowym. Przeprowadzono badania reologiczne masy przeznaczonej do wtryskiwania. Zoptymalizowano warunki wtrysku: ciśnienie i temperaturę masy. Przeprowadzono wnikliwe badania termograwimetryczne lepiszcza. Na ich podstawie zaproponowano program debinderyzacji termicznej. Określono związek pomiędzy właściwościami otrzymanych elementów i warunkami spiekania: czasem, temperaturą i atmosferą.
