Abstrakty

A possibility to classify the valuable documents is represented by their color. As far as the banknotes are concerned, one predominant color is generally associated to a certain value. This fact represent one of the essential criteria for the automatic recognition of the authenticity of banknotes. A camera CCD - RH 1100-DuncanTech. (Redlake) and a board of image acquisition National Instruments N11424 were bought for research in the laboratory and the result was a platform for the acquisition and processing of the image.
