Omówiono obecną sytuację w zakresie zagospodarowania zużytegosprzętu elektronicznego. Wymieniono zagrożenia dla ekosystemu wynikające ze składowania na wysypiskach lub spalania tego sprzętu. Przedstawiono procesowy model obiegu surowców i produktów elektronicznych oraz metody proekologicznego projektowania systemów elektronicznych. Dokonano przeglądu stosowanych metod proekologicznego projektowania i stanu narzędzi wspomagających proces proekologicznego projektowania wyrobu elektronicznego.

Present situation in used electronic equipment treatment is described. Main threats to environment and human being caused by hazardous substances arising from landfilling or incineration of electronic wastes are specified. Process-based model of row materials and electronic products circulation in environment is discussed. Methods of electronic systems design - for - environment are characterized. A survey of methods such as complex method, checklist verification method, ecological indicator and intuitive method is performed. The state of art. of computer aided design tools aiding the process of electronic systems design for environment is discussed.
