Abstrakty
Results are presented of factography study of three alloys with the base of Ni3Al intermetallic phase of different contamination of chromium, molybdenum and zirconium. It was found that the fracture structure after static stretching of the alloys strongly depends on the phase composition and fragmentation degree of the structure. Immediately after casting or heating the alloys crack and create fractures intercrystalline along interdentrific spaces. However, alloys with the basis of intermetallic phase after plastic deformation or heating to homogenize in the static stretching deformation have fractures macroscopically ductile with cleavable cracking limited to the dimension have fractures macroscopically ductile with cleavable cracking limited to the dimension of the fine grains and with plastic deformation along the grain boundaries.
