Problems for achieving of interoperability in the Polish Military Forces

Abstrakty
Przedstawiono rezultaty badań nad istotą interoperacyjności i metodami kontroli jej wdrażania. Artykuł obejmuje wnioski z analizy semantycznej, rozstrzygające problem znaczenia samego wyrazu interoperacyjność. Kontynuując tezę, że interoperacyjność jest swoistą cechą współdziałania, na bazie twierdzeń prakseologii, usystematyzowano miejsce interoperacyjności w pojęciu działanie, ustalono grupy mierzalnych parametrów interoperacyjności, a także zdefiniowano pojęcia osiąganie, utrzymywanie i odtwarzanie interoperacyjności. W dalszej części artykułu przedstawiono propozycje procedur ustalenia standardów interoperacyjności.
Investigation results on the concept of interoperability and on the controlling methods of its application ar presented. Conclusions from semantic analysis connected with definition of the meaning the word interoperability are withdrawn. Continuing the thesis that interoperability is a certain feature of co-operation, on the basis of praxeology, a systematization of interoperability localization in the concept of action is made, the groups of measurable parameters of interoperability are established as well as the concepts of achieving, maintaining and recreation of interoperability are defined. Propositions of procedures for establishing the interoperability standards are also presented.
