EN

Shotcrete technology for reinforcing slopes and excavation walls is usually applied when dealing with small excavations, protection of slopes against loose rock falls, stabilization of rubble, reinforcement of river-bed sides and water-courses, reinforcement of slopes by nailing technique. Similarly, this technology is used for reprofiling and repairing retaining structures as diaphragm wall or retaining walls. The most common method of reinforcing slopes and excavations is nailing followed by reinforced shotcreting. This technique has practical applications while reinforcing passageways and rail-traffic routes, deep urban excavations and protecting against potential landslides.
