The Pentominium will be the tallest and one of the most luxurious apartment in the world. Thoroughly carried out ground tests and numerous analysis at the design stage led to a strong reduction in the cost of installation.The project of foundation, including the analysis of subsidence piles, was supported by several studies and a specialist computer program. The Pentominium may bean example of a perfect cooperation of people responsible for the underground construction of the building: geologists, planners, engineers and foundation contractors.
