Artykuł prezentuje co zostało zrobione w Polsce w 2006 roku, skąd wzięły się na to pieniądze, jakich projektów nie udało się zrealizować i dlaczego.

With the generous grants flowing from European Union to Polish investors, a growing number of infrastructure projects has been launched. Obviously, among the most acute needs in our country are the renovation and the construction of new roads and motorways. New, wide and smooth paths across the country are drivers' and tourists' dream. Politicians locally and nationally lure us with promises of fast and impressive investments, but are the funds really used to the maximum extent? The paper presents what has been done in the field of road construction so far and how effectively are the EU grants applied.
