Abstrakty
In the given message the technology of obtaining fire-retardant thermoplastic materials with use of a complex concentrate of the fire-retardant additives, and also other functional additives (pigments, foamers, modifiers of strength etc.) is considered. The previously received fire-retardant concentrate in the dispersible form (molding grains or as crumb) can be entered into modified polymer at stage of extrusion or directly at processing grains of polymer in the goods by a method of injection molding. The high-filled concentrate (70-85 mas.%) provides a high homogeneity of a composition of the fire-retardant polymeric material. Varying an amount of the fire-retardant concentrate it is easy to receive a polymeric material of a required level of combustibility from V-2 up to V-0 on the UL-94 standard. The composition of reduced combustibility of high impact polystyrene, ABS-plastic, polypropylene, polyamide and glass-reinforced polyamide are developed.
