The paper presents theoretical calculations of large-angle nonspecular X-ray scatterinfg profiles for Ag(001)<100>//Fe(001)<100> superlattice. The calculations, based on a Monte Carlo simulation and kinematrical theory of scattering were performed taking into account the following imperfections of a sample: fluctuations of the interface layer thickness, interface roughness with preserved coherence of sublayers, and vertical grain mosaicity.
