Evacuating installations of manufacturing equipment used in industry should not only be technically perfect, but also economically beneficial. To ensure such requirements are ecessary to carry out mathematical modeling of the process pumping. This allows you to make optimal cyclogram of individual elements of the physical vacuum system installation. To facilitate the planning of vacuum systems should automatize the calculations of parameters of the gas environment at typical pumping modes of physical facilities.
