The results of the estimation of the measurement uncertainty of rectilinearity, roundness and cylindricity deviations were presented. These deviations were measured with a single purpose device. The calculations were conducted for all possible datum features and different measuring strategies (for cylindricity deviation). The estimation of the budget of the measurement uncertainty allowed to conduct the measurements of the shafts which had been manufactured for the needs of the project - the presented investigations are a fragment of this project.
