Przedstawiono szczegółową architekturę systemu dialogowego języka mówionego. Scharakteryzowano style dialogu i cechy dialogu o przemiennej inicjatywie. Omówiono problemy zarządzania dialogiem z przemienną inicjatywą i dostosowania systemów dialogowych do użytkownika.

In this paper, the detailed structure of spoken language dialogue system was described. Dialogue styles and features of mixed initiative dialogue were characterized. Problems of mixed initiative dialogue management and spoken dialogue systems personalization were described.
