In many industries tasks of quality improvement of modern machines is related to the existent tendency of increasing of working pressure of pneumatic hydro machines, expansion of temperatures range, decline of material- and power-intensive level of constructions, which to a great extent is limited by reliability of pneumatic hydro machines (PHM). Problem statement of optimization of metal-polymer sealed connections with an electromagnetic valve gear is conducted in the paper. Space of parameters is defined and parametrical, functional and criterion limitations are assigned. Optimization of construction is conducted in accordance with (Sobol, Statnikov 1986; Frolov, 1984). The choice of optimal parameters is carried out after one deciding criterion or after a few criteria simultaneously. Offered approach allows for the first time on the stage of design to take into account scientifically based requirements after impermeability and longevity that considerably increase reliability of construction. Increase of number of initial parameters that affect quality of construction, gives maximal possibility to decrease its mass. For example, increase of number of initial parameters at constructing electromagnetic pressurizing devices from three (after a method proposed by Karmugin et al., 1980) to eleven (after the offered method) allow to lower mass by 30...50%, that is especially important for the pressurizing devices of pneumatic hydro machines in aerospace aircrafts.
