Abstrakty
The paper presents an application of an algorithm for automatic segmentation of biological cell structures. The algorithm, based on two morphological operations - conditional opening and conditional closing, is described in detail in [8]. The results of the segmentation of biological cell structure images as well as the evaluation of a staining reaction saturation level and its metrological properties are studied.
