On some uncertainces of high vacuum gauges calibration

Abstrakty
W artykule opisano istotne problemy wynikające z analizy równania opisującego przepływ gazu w układzie wzorca bardzo niskich ciśnień. Dotyczą one m.in. wyznaczania natężenia przepływu, obliczania przewodności otworu kalibracyjnego, granic pomiarowych układu wynikających z desorpcji gazu ze ścian aparatury i skalowanych głowic.
The gas flow equation describing the calibration system of the dynamic reduction of the pressure is discussed in the paper. The sources of possible uncertainties are the main topics of the paper. They are related to: gas density distribution (influenced by shape and dimensions of the measuring chamber), the possible errors of orifice conductance calculation and influences of the gas desorption (from the gauges and from chamber walls) on the lowest calibration pressure limit.
