XXI century will be period of the fast progress of biological and medical sciences. It is result of technical sciences evolution and evolution of biomechanics like a science combinated both areas. The period of the people's living will be longer and this is connected with new constructions for implantation and rehabilitation. The paper presents some problems and discution about new directions in biomechanics connected with external osteosynthesis and gait analysis with exoskeletons.
