Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie problematyki zarządzania elektronicznym łańcuchem dostaw. Obok wyjaśnienia podstawowych terminów związanych z elektronicznym łańcuchem dostaw zaprezentowano elementy jego infrastruktury ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem systemów klasy ERP II. Przedstawiono również rozwiązania oparte o technologie Internetu takie jak intranet i ekstranet, EDI oraz platformy handlu elektronicznego B2B.

The goal of the article is to present tools used in managing electronic supply chain. In addition to describing basic terms related to electronic supply chain, the author presents elements of electronic supply chain infrastructure with focus on ERP II systems. Solutions using Internet-based technologies such as intranet, extranet, EDI and B2B platforms were also presented.
