Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników autorskich badań nad jakością usług wśród przedsiębiorstw sektora TSL ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju transportu w polskich warunkach rynku. Przedmiotem rozważań jakie podejmuje autor jest analiza charakteru i istoty relacji jaka występuje pomiędzy zrównoważonym rozwojem transportu, a jakością usług w przedsiębiorstwach sektora TSL.

The presented article undertakes the question of the sustainable development of transportation and the quality of services in the TSL sector. Author of study on basis of investigations conducted among the chosen group 29 enterprises of the TSL sector functioning in the conditions of the Polish market conducted the investigation, it was whose aim identifies the sedate development the transportation and the degree his intensity in the enterprises of the TSL sector and the perception the principles formative the sustainable development of transportation, how also the reports of the sustainable development of transportation and the quality of services in the TSL sector.
