At the Karel de Grote University College, we have had many years of experience in using questionnaires to get feedback from our students. The use of these questionnaires is a part of our quality culture. The goal is to gather information about the education process, which is one of the steps of the Deming cycle. Years ago, when we first started using questionnaires, they were only available in a paper version, and the students had to fill out questionnaires for all the courses they took that year. The amount of responses was often disappointing. Students were not really happy about the fact that they had to fill out a lot of documents. We realized some changes had to be made in the process. Instead of asking for feedback for all of the courses every year, we made a selection and now only monitor one third of the courses per year. We have organized the feedback process in such a way that in a time frame of three years all courses are screened. If there is a new course or a problem linked to a specific course, we can increase the frequency for that particular course. Another motivation for students to fill in the questionnaires, was the fact that we used our electronic learning platform for it. This enabled us to make the process more user-friendly. Processing the questionnaires became easier as well. The questionnaires themselves represent only one side of the story. It is equally important to find out what exactly the students are referring to when they give a positive or negative evaluation. Once a year we organize a meeting with students where we discuss the information we got from the questionnaires. Several improvement projects are started up, based on the results of this meeting and the questionnaires. The electronic learning platform was one step on the way towards collecting and processing information. Now we want to take it one step further and intend to buy professional software for this purpose. A market study was realized.

Uniwersytet Karel de Grote posiada wieloletnie doświadczenia w ankietowaniu studentów. Celem jest uzupełnianie informacji na temat procesu edukacyjnego, będącego jednym z etapów cyklu Deminga. Przed laty, gdy rozpoczęto ankietowanie jedynie w wersji papierowej studenci musieli wypełnić kwestionariusz dla wszystkich przedmiotów, które mieli w ciągu roku. Czyli odpowiedź była niezadawalająca, studenci byli niezadowoleni tym, że musieli wypełniać mnóstwo dokumentów. Dokonaliśmy pewnych zmian w tym procesie. Zamiast pytać o wszystkie przedmioty w ciągu roku dokonaliśmy pewnej selekcji i obecnie monitorujemy jedną trzecią przedmiotów w ciągu roku. Zorganizowaliśmy proces oceny w taki sposób, Se w ciągu 3 lat wszystkie przedmioty są przejrzane. JeSeli pojawi się nowy ... to problem ten podlega specjalnej ocenie i zwiększana jest częstotliwość monitorowania. Inną motywacją dla studentów aby wypełniali formularze był fakt zastosowania w tym celu elektronicznej platformy nauczania. To pozwoliło nam uczynić proces oceny bardziej przyjazny. Przetworzenie formularzy stało się łatwiejsze. Ankiety stanowią tylko jedną stronę tego procesu. Jest również ważne, aby co dokładnie przedstawiają studenci, gdy dają pozytywną lub negatywną ocenę. Raz w roku organizujemy spotkanie ze studentami, na którym rozmawiamy o uzyskanych informacjach z ankiet. Na podstawie wyników spotkań i ankiet uruchomiono kilka projektów poprawy nauczania. Elektroniczna platforma nauczania jest pierwszym krokiem w kierunku zebrania i przetworzenia informacji. Obecnie chcemy wykonać kolejny krok naprzód iw tym celu zakupić profesjonalne oprogramowanie. Realizowana jest w tym celu analiza rynku.
