EN

Social characteristics of web applications can be influenced in the phase of systems analysis. Apart from analysis of functionality, behavior, usability, one can analyze also social aspects of web applications. Results of this analysis can be then integrated into the vision of the system. In order to provide such techniques social characteristics must be identified. This paper describes perspectives of the transfer of knowledge from social theories to analysis of social characteristics of web applications. Then, it presents transfer of "social group" and "culture" concepts according to the method of transfers in interdisciplinary software engineering. Finally, it presents a sketch of methodology of social analysis of web applications and directions for further work in this area.
