The Conception of risk is used by theorists and practicians in different contexts. No one has succeeded in working out a homogeneous and universal definition of this notion. Risk is included in all human activities. It is always present when people are not able to predict consequences of ther decisions. Therefore, all economy and bank activities are conected with risk. Due to specific character of their activities banks are exposed to many risky elements in warious areas. A problem of instant control, identyfying the risk and limiting j the unprofitable effects of the risk is becoming extremely valid.
