The Merger and Acquisition (M&A) market has a short history in Poland but the number and value of transactions show that investors are interested in M&A. Since Poland has joined the European Union, the activity of national and foreign investors is still increasing. The market liberalization, low costs of work and the geographical attractiveness encourage to investing in Poland. The important thing is that mergers and acquisitions are faster and easier way for come into being than greenfield investments.
