The project management is a specialised branch of management that has evolved b co-ordinate and control some of the complex activities of modern industry. Because project management is about change, project management is about change manage ment. In this article is presented what is a project and how should be managed. The manl elements of a project are planning and control. Parts 3 and 4 include main information about plannig stages, planning tools and fifth aspects of control to report: the right information, in the right format, to the right person, at the right time. The last part of the article showed possibility of connection between personal and financial management and project management.
