Abstrakty

Ślad siedzącego dinozaura został znaleziony przez G. Gierlińskiego na płycie piaskowca z wczesnojurajskiego stanowiska z tropami dinozaurów w Glinianym Lesie koło Mniowa (Góry Świętokrzyskie). Odciski zachowane są w formie naturalnych odlewów i zawierają prawy i lewy zestaw pes-manus tego samego osobnika, pozostawione w pozycji siedzącej. Odcisk pes wykazuje morfologie anomoepusową i reprezentuje dobrze znany z polskiego liasu ichnogatunek Anomoepus pienkovskii Gierliński, 1991. Tropy siedzących dinozaurów są rzadkie w zapisie paleoichnologicznym. Okaz jest pierwszym znaleziskiem tropu siedzącego dinozaura z Polski i drugim tego typu znaleziskiem z wczesnojurajskich osadów Europy.

A sitting dinosaur track was found by G. GierIiński on a sandstone slab in Gliniany Las, an Lower Jurassic tracks ite near Mniów (Holy Cross Mountains, Poland). The impression preserved as natural cast, has comprised the right and leftpes-manus sets of the same individual, in sitting posture. The footprints show clearly anomoepodidmorphology and represents ichnospecies Anomoepus pienkovskii Gierliński, 1991, well known from Polish Liassic. Sitting dinosaur tracks are relatively rare in the paleoichnological record. This is the first find of sitting dinosaur track in Poland and the second find of resting dinosaur track from the Lower Jurassic of Europe.
