The dielectric relaxation in the biocellulose modified by chitosan, chitosan acetate and chitosan lactate was studied in the frequency range from 100 Hz to 1 MHz in the temperature range 100 to 450 K. Three dielectric relaxations were found and assigned to the corresponding orientational processes on the molecular level: at -200 K - the local main chain motion, at ~ 330 K - an orientational motion in a mixed phase of polysaccharide and water and above 400 K - the ion migration. The electroacoustic parameters of the loudspeakers with the membranes made of biocellulose modified by chitosan and its derivatives were measured in anechoic conditions. The correlation between the dielectric response of studied polymers and the electroacoustic parameters of loudspeakers was stated.
