Recently diagnostic techniques using measurements in time and low frequency domain are very intensive developed. There are used various methods (RVM, FDS, PDC), which allow to evaluate the moisture content of paper insulation or its degradation degree. However up to now in the most cases the interpretation of measurement results is ambiguous. The paper presents field measurement results of different operating time power transformers. The measurement of power transformers were taken using three methods: RVM, FDS, PDC. Analysis of dielectric dispersion in time and frequency domain was also presented. Then the analysis results were compared. It was obtained, that the calculated relaxation time of primary relaxation structure for both measurements in time and frequency domain was the same.
