We show possibilities and results on charge carrier transport measurements in π-conjugated polymers using novel charge carrier extraction current techniques. We show how to estimate charge carrier mobility and density of equilibrium, photogenerated and injected charge carriers using carrier extraction in a linearly increasing voltage techniques. We have applied the techniques to a wide variety of π-conjugated polymers.
